ASP, the event website performance specialist, has today launched EZone AI Assist, a new AI-powered profile builder that automatically generates high-quality exhibitor content to address the challenge of incomplete and inconsistent exhibitor profiles.
ASP, which works with leading event organisers including Clarion, Closer Still, Media 10 and What Else Events, has developed the AI profile builder to enable exhibitors to easily populate their profiles by generating unique, structured content in seconds.
This removes the friction of profile creation for exhibitors, while giving organisers more complete, content-rich websites with far less manual effort spent chasing exhibitors for information.
Exhibitor profiles play a critical role in website performance, driving both discovery and conversion. By increasing the volume of indexable content, EZone AI Assist helps event websites drive more qualified traffic through search and AI-driven discovery, supporting growth in non-branded search and extending visibility beyond the core event brand.
How it works
The AI profile builder is designed to be quick, efficient and user-friendly. Exhibitors enter their company URL into a guided setup wizard, where AI extracts key information directly from their website.
A structured, high-quality profile is generated instantly with featured products added using the same AI-assisted workflow.
The system can be configured by event organisers, allowing full control over which profile fields such as descriptions, contact details and social media links, can and cannot be AI-generated.
