ShowOff Quarterly Update: Smarter Agendas, AI-gen Exhibitor Profiles and Bulk SEO.
By Ben Mooney, Head of Product
It has been a productive few months for the ASP team. Alongside the steady stream of improvements we ship with every ShowOff release, three updates stand out as genuinely changing what your event website can do.
Here's a look at what is new...
A better way to navigate your programme
Agenda pages carry more weight on a conference or event website than almost any other page. They are where attendees decide whether your programme is worth their time, plan their day around it and return to repeatedly throughout the event, especially on mobile.
Our new Stacked layout is built specifically for that job.
Sessions are organised by day and time, with date tabs across the top and a time navigation panel that jumps attendees straight to the hour they are looking for. If someone is browsing the agenda while a session is live, the page scrolls there automatically. On mobile, the time navigation pins to the bottom of the screen so it stays within reach without requiring a scroll back to the top.
Past days appear at reduced opacity automatically, keeping the timeline feeling current without any manual updates from your team. Speakers, streams, locations, sponsors and session tags are all configurable per session card, so the agenda reflects your programme accurately rather than applying a generic layout to every session type. Attendees can also save individual sessions directly to their calendar from each session card.
Stacked is designed for any event with a structured multi-day programme. Conferences and association events are the obvious fit, but trade shows with seminar theatres, multiple streams or parallel sessions benefit just as much.
Stacked is available now on Composer 2. Full configuration guidance is in the knowledge base, or speak to your account manager to get set up.

Turning exhibitor profiles into a performance asset
For most trade shows, exhibitor profiles make up the largest volume of content on the website - often running into hundreds sometimes thousands of individual pages. Exhibitors are busy in the run-up to an event so profile completion is rarely top of their list and organisers end up spending lots of time chasing for information that often comes back incomplete or inconsistent.
Our new EZone AI Assist changes that. Exhibitors enter their company URL into a simple guided workflow, and AI extracts and structures the key information into a high-quality profile, ready to review and publish. The same workflow generates featured product listings too.
The impact shows up in a few different ways. Organisers spend far less time following up with exhibitors for content and get a more complete, consistent set of profiles across the board. Richer, more indexable exhibitor content also strengthens performance in traditional search and in AI-driven discovery tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. And organisers stay in control throughout: you choose exactly which fields can be AI-generated and which cannot.
As Jon Benjamin, our CEO, puts it: 'exhibitor content is a hugely valuable but often underutilised asset. EZone AI Assist is about turning that asset into something that actively works for your event'.

Optimise meta titles and descriptions in bulk
The third update this quarter is one that will matter most to anyone managing a large volume of content.
You can now import and export meta titles and meta descriptions CSV across your exhibitor listings, speaker profiles, session pages and library content including blogs and news. Previously, updating these fields meant opening each record individually and editing it one at a time. For events with hundreds of exhibitors or a large content archive, that was not a realistic option for most teams.
With bulk import and export, you can manage all of that SEO data in a single spreadsheet and upload it in one go. Export your records, populate the meta fields, and import the updated file. It's a natural fit for AI-assisted workflows: export your content, run it through a tool like ChatGPT to generate optimised titles and descriptions at scale using your target keywords, then review and upload.
Meta titles and descriptions are among the most important on-page SEO elements on your website. They influence how your content appears in search results, affect click-through rates, and signal relevance to both Google and AI discovery tools. Getting them right across hundreds of pages has historically been a significant time investment. This update makes it a manageable one.
Also worth knowing...
Beyond that, this quarter's releases included a handful of smaller improvements that are worth knowing about:
- The AI Article Re-writer, which helps you extend, shorten or change the tone of content as you write it, is now available across ShowOff. A small addition, but one more way we are building AI capability directly into the platform rather than bolting it on.
- Faster page loads on exhibitor listings. We have improved how exhibitor data is stored and served behind the scenes, which means pages with large exhibitor lists load more quickly for visitors. Faster pages reduce drop-off, improve user experience and send a positive signal to search engines.
- More reliable integrations. We have made improvements to the way ShowOff connects with external tools and platforms via our API. If your event website is integrated with a registration platform, CRM or event app, these updates mean those connections are more stable and less likely to produce errors.
- A clearer SEO warning when page titles are switched off. If you disable the page title on any page in ShowOff, you will now see a clear warning explaining the SEO consequences before you proceed. Page titles are one of the most important signals search engines use to understand what a page is about, so this is a prompt to make sure any decision to remove them is a deliberate one.
- An audit trail for page and panel edits. ShowOff now records who made changes to each page or panel and when. For teams managing large, complex event websites across multiple people, this makes it much easier to track what changed, spot errors quickly and maintain consistency across the site.
We will be back with another round-up next quarter. In the meantime, if you have questions about any of these updates or want to see ShowOff in action, here is where to go next.
