In our EZone sessions, we’ll show you how to:

  • Empower exhibitors and sponsors to upload content such as profiles, products, videos, news, blogs, and bios - all displayed seamlessly on your website.

  • Manage approvals so you stay in control while keeping content fresh and compliant.

  • Make use of dynamic content: once updated in the CMS, exhibitor information refreshes everywhere it appears on your site.

  • Explore exhibitor listings and profile layouts

In this session you'll learn how to manage agenda & speaker content with ease: link profiles to sessions, customise fields and use dynamic widgets to display information across your site.

We'll share practical setup tips, show you how to display content across the site and highlight opportunities to monetise your agenda with sponsorship.

You’ll leave knowing how to deliver a seamless, professional, and revenue-boosting seminar and speaker experience for your attendees.

All workshops are hosted by ASP’s in-house experts - the same team who design, build, and support ShowOff every day.

Each session runs for 90 minutes and includes time at the end for Q&A.

They are virtual, live sessions delivered via an online meeting platform - so you can join from anywhere.
