Our virtual workshops are designed for confident users who already know the basics and want to dig deeper. Each session zooms in on a specific area of ShowOff - from managing complex seminar schedules to mastering the Exhibitor Zone - so you can sharpen your expertise where it matters most.

Hosted online by ASP’s in-house experts, these 90 minute workshops combine insider knowledge, practical demonstrations and the chance to get your questions answered in real time. Think of them as your shortcut to becoming a true ShowOff power user - without ever leaving your desk.

In our EZone sessions, we’ll show you how to:

  • Empower exhibitors and sponsors to upload content such as profiles, products, videos, news, blogs, and bios - all displayed seamlessly on your website.

  • Manage approvals so you stay in control while keeping content fresh and compliant.

  • Make use of dynamic content: once updated in the CMS, exhibitor information refreshes everywhere it appears on your site.

  • Explore exhibitor listings and profile layouts

These advanced workshops are designed for ShowOff users (ASP clients) who already understand the basics and want to dive deeper into specific modules and tools.

All workshops are hosted by ASP’s in-house experts - the same team who design, build, and support ShowOff every day.

Each session runs for 90 minutes and includes time at the end for Q&A.

They are virtual, live sessions delivered via an online meeting platform - so you can join from anywhere.

Click the “Book A Workshop Place” button under each session to secure your spot. If registration hasn’t opened yet, check back soon or keep an eye on our updates.

If a session is fully booked, you’ll have the option to join the waitlist. We’ll let you know if a spot opens up, and in the meantime you can explore our other workshops, on-demand training resources, and free optimisation webinars.
