Hosted online by ASP’s in-house experts, these 90 minute workshops combine insider knowledge, practical demonstrations and the chance to get your questions answered in real time. Think of them as your shortcut to becoming a true ShowOff power user - without ever leaving your desk.

ShowOff’s seminar and speaker modules give you full control over locations, streams and sessions. In this session you'll learn how to manage agenda & speaker content with ease: link profiles to sessions, customise fields and use dynamic widgets to display information across your site.

We'll share practical setup tips, show you how to display content across the site and highlight opportunities to monetise your agenda with sponsorships across sessions, streams and theatres.

You’ll leave knowing how to deliver a seamless, professional, and revenue-boosting seminar and speaker experience for your attendees.

In this EZone V1 session, we’ll show you how to:

  • Empower exhibitors and sponsors to upload content such as profiles, products, videos, news, blogs, and bios - all displayed seamlessly on your website.

  • Manage approvals so you stay in control while keeping content fresh and compliant.

  • Make use of dynamic content: once updated in the CMS, exhibitor information refreshes everywhere it appears on your site.

  • Explore exhibitor listings and profile layouts

These advanced workshops are designed for ShowOff users (ASP clients) who already understand the basics and want to dive deeper into specific modules and tools.

All workshops are hosted by ASP’s in-house experts - the same team who design, build, and support ShowOff every day.

Each session runs for 90 minutes and includes time at the end for Q&A.

They are virtual, live sessions delivered via an online meeting platform - so you can join from anywhere.
